Formal ways of learning	Provide at least two (2) examples of current formal learning opportunities. Include hyperlink to event, website or details of opportunity and list the learning outcomes expected from participation.
Informal ways of learning	Describe two (2) ways that educators can engage in informal learning to further their professional development, that you know to be truly effective. Provide a brief description of the process.
