• Complete a Communication Plan, using the template provided on iLearn and submit your plan to submit to the Management of Global Green Books under the Exercise 2 submission box.

1. 1. Download the Communication Plan Template /content/enforced/357557-F2021_PCM130_01_320156_12345/Exercise2_CommunicationPlanTemplate.xlsx
   2. On the Audience Assessment tab, enter your stakeholders in Column A
   3. On the Audience Assessment tab, enter a description of the Stakeholder in Column B
   4. Decide as a team, what is the stakeholder's criticality to success on a scale of 1 to 5, note the # in Column C (Audience Assessment tab)
   5. Describe how the change will impact the stakeholder in Column D (Audience Assessment tab).
   6. Decide as a team, on the effort required to change on a scale of 1 to 5 and enter in Column E (Audience Assessment tab).
   7. Note the concerns / issues or what the audience needs in Column F (Audience Assessment tab).
   8. Column F - The Degree of Commitment is automatically calculated in Column G (Audience Assessment tab).
   9. On the Audience Prioritization Matrix, plot the stakeholders on the graph using the appropriate Icon to represent the stakeholder.
