Complete and upload a Supervisor Reflection Feedback Form template, after completing PB3|AT01: Planning informed learning experiences for babies and toddlers and Question 10 reflection. Reflect on the reflection process that you undertook in Question 10 and complete the Learner to complete section of the Supervisor Reflection Feedback Form template. Meet with your Workplace or Learning Supervisor and discuss the reflection process and your experience of it with them. Have the Supervisor complete the feedback section, sign and date. NOTE: You will be required to meet with your supervisor and undertake the same process after completing PB3|AT03. This must be on a separate occasion to this meeting, i.e., cannot be on the same day
