a. Read the completed self-assessment provided for NQS Element 4.2.1.

b. Consider the strengths and possible area/s for improvement.

c. Complete a brief example of how this could be converted into an action plan using the action plan template provided.

d. Transfer ideas from the action plan into a QIP template provided.

e. Upload the completed example of: one (1) action plan and one (1) QIP section for Element 4.2.1.
