Complete the following for a psychology assignment. PLEASE DO NOT USE ANYTHING RELATED TO "Is online selfregulatory training effective in weight control? A pilot experiment on adolescent obesity during coronavirus19 lockdown". I WILL REPORT THE QUESTION FOR PLAGIIARISM AND GIVE A THUMBS DOWN.

1. "Your task is to identify a peer-reviewed empirical, research article, published within the past 2 years. The paper can be published on any topic - although I do suggest finding a topic that interests you:

a. Describe the topic of the research article

b. Explain the research methodology utilized in the article

c. Discuss the article's research findings

d. Summarize the ethical considerations of the study

e. Identify one strength and one weakness of the study

2. Respond to the following two other posts that were also given this assignment:

a. The research article that I read was "ChatGPT: Exploring the Role of Cybersecurity in the Protection of Medical Information" The article found that (https://journals.mesopotamian.press/index.php/CyberSecurity/article/view/29) The article talked about using AI such as ChatGPT to store patient's medical records and other various information. The research methodology that they referred to was the scale, pre-training, versatility, efficiency, and quality of ChatGPT. They broke each topic down and explained just how capable ChatGPT would be at aiding in the health field. The article discovered that tools that utilize AI can aid in the diagnosis of illnesses by examining X rays, CT scans, and MRI scans. They can also analyze these different types of medical images to help pinpoint possible areas of concern, such as tumors or any other abnormalities. Researchers believe that this can help Radiologists make more precise diagnosis. Another use of AI would be to foresee if a patient is at risk for a certain condition, this will allow doctors to figure out a more effective treatment beforehand. Speaking of treatments, researchers believe that AI robots can use patient's specific data to create direct treatment options that will be most effective for each individual. AI can also help relieve some of the stress from healthcare workers by performing data entry, scheduling, sending out appointment reminders, as well as completing other tasks. Lastly, devices that use AI, such as smartwatches, may be utilized to monitor patients' vital signs as well as notify healthcare workers if there are any changes or concerns. Whether or not using AI for storing medical information is ethical or not is still up for discussion. However, researchers interested in using AI for medical purposes have discovered multiple ways to help keep patient's information private and fully secure. For example, encrypting medical data and enforcing strict access controls. One strength of the study was that they went in detail and provided a lot of reasons as to why I would be beneficial in the medical field. However, one weakness of the study is that they did not really touch on the negative side effects on using AI and how it could possibly be risky to utilize AI to store medical information.

b. The review I chose to writeabout pertains to the affects of athletes performing in a fasted state. The goal of the article was to assess the effect of performing in the fasted versus fed-state, in achieving optimal health benefits of regular physical activity. One of the main subjects that were viewed was the effect that Ramadan had on athletes and how fasting for all athletes can affect them. The article used experimental field research by observing two samples, fasted athletes and fed athletes. Subjects of similar builds were blindly chosen to be categorized as fed or fasted and were set to perform the same variations of workouts throughout the week. Each day the subjects were emotionally, physically, and morally analyzed on their performance. The results, fasting leads to improvements in many cases such as; energy expenditure, less lethargy, better body composition, homeostasis, and nutrient absorption. The one caveat would be that athletes should plan their training and competition programs based on the duration of the fast so that their performance is not impaired. Athletes can advance their training programs by altering the variables such as the intensity, duration, volume, and frequency of training. Another crucial variable is the amount of sleep subjects get. Athletes that fast tend to sleep longer on average, however they feel more refreshed and can perform better in a fasted state.

The articles' subjects are well versed in the fasted state of exercise due to their spiritual beliefs. And to go even further, their beliefs allow for consideration for not only athletes but those in high physically straining occupations. By using the Islamic faith and Ramadan as the forefront of the research and applying a similar method to all athletes, with minor adjustments and supplementation, the only issue at first were mood swings and mild performance limitations that were quickly corrected. One strength of the study is how it clearly lays out the multiple benefits of fasting from an emotional level to a physical/ performance-based level. Fasting has been concluded to not only be beneficial for athletes of the Islamic faith but all athletes. A weakness of this article, however is that to the uninterested or untrained individual a lot of the information seems like gibberish and nonsense. The information that is laid out is very clinical and either a health professional or health fanatic would be the only ones to understand. To those that make health and fitness a core of their daily lives, the study can provide a multitude of information that can explain a very crucial concept more thoroughly and solidify a concept that has been debated on for years, fasting versus multiple small meals. Another weakness that I find in the article was there was no mentioning of historical genetics of the subjects. Even though some may be of the same build, there are differing factors and outliers that can skew data heavily.
