Problem Statement
The City of Anytown New Jersey owns a small building which is shown on the attached plans. The City been approached by a developer to purchase the building and convert it to a community center that offers community programs and vocational training to the residents of the community. The building is located in a B-1 ?Neighborhood Business District, sits right on the property line and covers the entire lot. The building is in somewhat of a state of disrepair and the developer will be doing all the renovations as shown on the attached plans. There is no parking for this building but there is a municipal parking lot located down the street which the developer plans to seek an agreement with the City to use.
