Complete the following two sections:

Section $1$ FLOW CHART: Without worrying too much about what the actual process is to install a play structure $$ prepare a high$-$level flow chart showing the major steps in installing a play structure. The resulting flow chart does not need to be complicated $($keep it to less than a page in size$),$ but it should be logical and relevant to the topic.

Your flow chart should demonstrate the following flowchart characteristics:

o Start and end symbols

o Decision points symbols

o Processes symbols

o At least one other symbol

If you do not have access to a flow$-$chart$-$generating software package $($or if you just don$$t like drawing with computers$),$ feel free to hand$-$draw your flowchart and scan or photograph it for inclusion in your submission.$$

Section $2$ Checklist: Once the play structure has been installed, you have to inspect it to make sure that it is acceptable. You are free to make up your own checklist and decide what it is that the checklist will check for. However, in general, a checklist of this type should:

o Contain at least $5-6$ entries that would help guide a play structure$$s inspection processes;

o Cover all aspects of the work $($not just focus on one element of the play structure$)$;

o Each entry is to provide enough information so that one can figure out what needs to be inspected;

o Describe how the inspection needs to be done $($visually$,$ measurements, analysis? $)$

o Provide guidance as to what an acceptable condition is$.$

For this assignment you do not need to produce the project plan; instead, you just need to develop an example of a checklist that you could use to ensure that the project plan $($that the team produces$)$ would be deemed acceptable by both your company and the government.
