Complete the Personal Development Plan (using the template provided on D2L) as you think about your "next five years" at your current place of employment (or even beyond if you decide you'd be happiest someplace else). Complete the entire document (Years 1-5) in as much detail as possible. Remember, this is an exercise for you!! So...please let it help in terms of not just your professional development (but also your personal development)...take your time thinking this through
