In essence, "employee training, education, and development are crucial for maintaining a competitive labor market and ensuring the long-term success of an organization" (Noe, Noah, & Abraham, 2017). This synthesized research paper will highlight the importance or need to focus on employee training for the MTC consultants, the effect of training and education on employee productivity and effectiveness, the relevant training requirements for productive and professional upgrades for MTC consultants, the positive effect of training/education for employees, and The Corporate Resistance to Employee Training and Education. Importance or Need to Focus on Employee Training Through focused training for MTC consultants, they will be able to accomplish their routine tasks more efficiently, enhancing their skill and experience and saving time and money that could have been lost in the process of focusing on ineffective measures. "Recognizing this, many companies are focusing more on the education component of employee-skill enhancement " (Chaneski, 2018). Training and education will further equip MTC employees/consultants with the required developmental skills for their respective job positions. This is also vital to the organization's development and future. Productive and effective goals require applicable, consistent learning and a solid educational background in every setting, which includes the workplace.
