Half of the amount is paid by the customer at the time the services are peformed. The rest is still owed to Rocked Out 6) Rocked Out pays $12,000 of the balance owed for supplies to the vendor in 13. 7) in October, Rocked Out receives $150,000 from a new famous client who they will provide consulting services to in January (the next accounting period). 8) in November, Rocked Out Inc pays a cash dividend of $18,000 to shareholders 9) Rocked Out's employees are owed $140,000 for their hard work.
