The preferences of the three individuals are Adam Bill Cindy white pink blue green, blue white green pink blue, green pink white whereby the preferences fall from the top (most preferred) to the bottom (least pre- ferred) and where two entries on the same line of some column reect indifference of the corresponding individual between the two entries. (a) For each pair of different alternatives determine which of the two colors would win a simple majority vote. Is there a Condorcet winner, that is, a color that is not defeated by any other alternative in pairwise simple majority votings? (b) Determine which color(s) would be the winner(s) according to the Borda rank- order rule
