Your team is assigned to assist Super Metal Company to improve their production planning. Your team need to develop 3 PROGRAM to guide their operator in using conventional machining for selected metal parts in lathe machine, milling machine, and drilling machine. Your tasks: 1. Understanding the conventional machines and its operations in Super Metal Company (Refer to online infor for conventional lathe, milling, drilling machine). 2. Propose THREE(3) part design that able to be done by above machines (1 machine 1 part design). 3. Propose the STEPS involved to machine a raw material until you get the proposed part design. 4. From the suggested steps, DEVELOP 3 COMPLETE PROGRAMS to assist the operator in machining operations planning (1 program for 1 machine type with 1 part design). 5. Each program ANALYSIS MUST CONSIST: total part machining time, total energy consumption, total operation cost, by-products or solid waste generation in kg, and estimated productivity per 8 hours working. 6.
