Conclusion Your conclusion is an overview of the information in your report. In this section you all your information together and provide your interpretation. Recommendations What action do you want taken by your reader or what actions should be taken base on the information provided? Your recommendations are action items taken from the conclusions and information throughout your report. References In this section you need to list your information sources, i.e. where you have obtaine your information. This list should provide enough detail for your reader to be able to locate your source, if required. Your list should include the author, title (or URL), date publication and page reference as a minimum and should be listed in alphabetical order unless otherwise stated. Appendices Any document referred to in your report should be labelled (i.e. appendix 1, append 2..or appendix A, appendix B etc.) and then a copy of these documents should be attached to your report
