Whenever Donna opens the data file, the conditional formatting should highlight the dates in Column D in the following manner, and must change automatically when the present date changes.
1. Dates that are within the past 3 years (1095 days) should have no filling.
2. Dates that are older than 3 years but less than 5 years (1095 days to 1825 days) must have yellow filling.
3. Dates that older than 5 years (1825 days) must have red filling and the letters must be bolded.
She is very particular about the color and formatting.
Note: The conditional formatting very picky. It does matter which conditional formatting rule is applied first.
