Conduct 1 page critique of the 11 answers provided below by 11 team members on to a question asked in a Team Effectiveness Survey on weather the team never or often evaluates its process or productivity

1) The leadership team welcomes open discussions that focuses on feedback and participation.

2I feel the team's interpersonal communication is in a pretty healthy state. Team member participation in meetings is strong amongst the majority of the team.

3I think we are free to talk openly and communicate at meetings. I think making time to do openly talk and communicate with everyone on the team is in short supply.

4We do have open dialogue but from a few strong voices. Need to encourage all to speak up.

5Most meetings have a minority of participants who communicate or contribute. Of those who do contribute, the communication is very open and participative. So much so, that it often ends up with interruptions, talking over each other, and/or side conversations.

6 I have observed healthy interpersonal communications and open-ness in the team, participation in meetings is well represented. Some members maybe reserved and shy but they are active listeners and ensure their ideas are forwarded via the more outspoken members.

7 Within our team, I never feel that communication is guarded at meetings. Due to the nature of our work I feel we are all encouraged to question why and how we are doing things to ultimately see what works best. It rarely, if not never feels that we can't do so and I feel we are well supported in participation.

8 The team has a fairly open comunication, helped by the weekly team meetings.

9The communication between my team members is open and each member is able share their ideas and thoughts or the challenges they are facing in the team meetings.

10 Have always had an open line of communication with any team member. Team meetings have always felt like we can communicate openly.

11 We have 1 to 1's, team huddles, department meetings and workshops. we get on well as a team and this enhances the interpersonal communication.
