Conduct a brief interview with him/her to learn about how other's biases have impacted him/her within his/her personal lives and at the workplace. Interviews should last no longer than a half hour. Develop five (5) interview questions before the interview takes place. You must submit these questions to your instructor for review and feedback before the interview happens
