Conduct a comparison study between current project progress and project baseline Based on the project progress report and physical S curve, we can see that in the early stage of project actual work done and target work done where from September 2019 until February 2020 S-curve graph for actual and target work done movement increasing in parallel to each other. However, during MCO 1.0 that is starting from March 2020 until July 2020 shows that both graph actual and target work done remained constant as all industries are not allowed to operate including construction industries. The progress starting to catch up in August 2020 where the percentage of actual work done is stable as percentage of target work done until October 2020. While from November till December 2020, percentage graph for actual work done increasing by 0.5% than percentage graph of target work done. Continuing from January until May 2021, MCO 2.0 started and all construction companies have permission to operate in order to carry out any critical construction works. Comparing percentage graph of actual work done with target work done in January and February 2021, we can see an increment of 0.5% of actual work done than target work done. Plus, in March and April 2021, the increment of actual work done keep on going by 1.0% and increment of 1.5% of actual work done than target work done in May 2021. In June till December 2021 which MCO 3.0 is started, the percentage of actual work done is still increasing more than percentage of target work done. This shows that the progress of the project still following the schedule. The highest increment of actual work done is on December 2021 which is 6.0% than target work done. This is because on MCO 3.0 all construction industries can operate as usual. The project should be done by March 2022, however due to MCO contractors have to apply for Extension of Time (EOT) to cover all the delays and avoid from being penalized. The completion date is moved forward to September 2022 and contractor is given enough time to work on the construction progress.
