The theory that has more of an impact on the business environment is the Stakeholder Theory. The Stakeholder Theory is a theory for an organizational management and business ethics. It creates value for the society. Not like the Ownership Theory where its main focus is the profit of the business but the Stakeholder Theory also take into consideration and interest of it's customers, suppliers, employees, communities and its shareholders. With theses individuals in mind it will help the organization succeed and stay afloat because everyone will be happy and working together.
