Conduct an ethics assessment. Analysis your department's or organization's "ethical scorecard." Look at the policies that most strongly affect services and their implementation. After reviewing the policies, identify ethics gaps. If they exist, clarify the policy and practices so that they reflect the mission, vision, and values of the department in the organization.
