Conduct an initial needs assessment of your program regarding science kits. Develop a list of your programs strengths and needs. Using this list, develop a Problem Statement for your current program.

The Problem Statement should be a clear and concise accounting of what problem(s) needs addressing as well as how it is being managed at the current time. This part of the grant should contain statistical data guiding the working hypothesis of the proposal. (A working Hypothesis is a statement that conveys if I do thisthen that will happen).
