Please connect what you learned about the leader you interviewed to the leadership qualities you have learned about in this course, including, Fullan's five components of leadership as well as Madiba's Rules, to show you are able to apply the course concepts. The leader might exemplify leadership qualities or lack of attributes that might aid in leading. Determine what kind of leader you believe the individual is
