Conduct an interview with your church$$s pastor or administrative pastor, your agency$$s leadership, or a human relations director regarding the policy and practice of handling conflicts and disagreements within that organization.

This interview should include any directions for handling conflicts among the organization$$s staff as well as conflicts with those outside the organization.

Aspects that should be considered are:

The type of service provided by the organization.

Organizational mission, vision, or philosophy statements regarding related issues

Published manuals or handbooks regarding handling conflicts

Living examples or institutional stories used to exemplify related issues.

Your report should include these aspects:

Introduction, including the organization and person you interview

Questions you asked and the responses you discussed

Evaluation of the organization$$s approach and policies towards conflicts internally and externally, based upon the materials covered in this course.

It is expected that $4-7$ pages will be required to present your interview and evaluation.
