Imagine that your client - the Dallas Police Department - has recently taken part in handling the tragic police ambush that claimed the lives of five fellow officers. Identify an intervention that you would implement with the police department after the tragic event happened. Explain why you chose that particular intervention, and how you would combat the challenge of being viewed as an "outsider" while implementing this specific protocol.
