Confirm tasks and task responsibilities with the team. You should then evaluate how well the consultations and collaborations went , identifying any parts that could have been improved upon by you. You should also seek feedback from your manager on your performance and include this in your evaluation. Document your findings and how you could improve upon your leadership in a feedback report , making sure this meets organisational documentation guidelines. (This should be approximately two to four A4 sides of paper ). Attach a copy of your feedback report to your workbook. Using your own workplace or simulated work environment, submit documentation evidence of two feedback reports from the consultation processes (can be team meeting, informal discussions or a team brainstorming session).
