Conflict arises when two or more people work together for the same purpose. Take an example: In a workplace when one project is handled by a team there can be a conflict between the members. In a conflict not necessarily one party is right or the other is wrong. It actually arises due to the difference in the thought process that leads to divergence. Conflict can be positive and a learning experience if handled in the right way. The conflict also helps to explore the views and thought of another person. So to handle such conflicts judiciously and in the right way is termed conflict management.
