Conflict is often seen or felt, and in the traditional workplace, conflict can more readily become apparent as employees work together on various issues and projects. However, conflict can become convoluted in a distributed workforce.

• 2-3 expectations all employees are required to follow when interacting with others (e.g., display genuine kindness to all) to minimize any potential conflicts with others when working remotely;
• finally, a vision of the future workplace and how employees will excel in this type of structure.
