You visit the local lumberyard to purchase drywall for your project. The clerk who serves you is the brother of one of the offenders under your charge at the prison. The clerk waives the posted $25.00 dollar delivery charge on your order. When the order is delivered, you find that there are five more sheets of drywall than you ordered. You know you will need the extra drywall for a future home renovation you are planning.

This situation raises several questions respecting corruption of authority.
