Imagine this real life workplace scenario- a high performing team has two employees approximately equal experience and qualifications.

when a management opportunity arises, one is promoted to lead the team, with one left behind in the same position- how could conflict be minimised in this business scenario.

Approach this from three perspectives:

1. senior management(who have mad the decision in favour of the recently promoted employee)
