Congratulation! You got a job as a Junior Financial Advisor with CIMB Investment. This is your dream job. Your department manager has assigned a client to you. Your client wishes to make an investment of RM10,000. The client’s instruction is simple – “invest my RM10k and make me a millionaire quickly”.

You are tasked to do the following:

1. Advice your client about the current financial and economic situation.
2. Create an investment portfolio to the amount of RM10,000.
3. Organize the portfolio and make the investment according to the various investments risks and returns.
4. Show and justify how long it will take to make your client into a millionaire.

You must show proper calculation steps that will be taken to meet the client’s requirements. You are allowed to make appropriate assumptions but it must be supported by facts. You MUST achieve the financial investment outcome of RM1,000,000 (max RM1.5million). You may incorporate different financial techniques, methods, and calculations as you learn from each class.
