Congratulations! As a result of your hard work, you have been selected to deliver a speech at the commencement ceremony. Your written speech and the recorded presentation should describe your journey and what you learned about yourself as a leader. Include an experience from your first course and share your future plans. Consider the individuals who helped you achieve this goal. Who do you want to be? This project is your story working at a cancer hospital and receiving 1 degree in Psychology and working on the second for HR management.

There are two parts to the assignment.

1. Prepare a written speech addressing the following:
   • Module 1: Your use of time management personally and professionally (physical in box at home and using voice notes to help manage my time ) i'm chaos master but able to organize my time.
   • Module 2: Your traits of leadership(Empathy,Attention to Detail,Interpersonal Sensitivity.)
   • Module 3: Your power to influence( implemented a tactic approach to gain trust and lead by example )
   • Module 4: Your leadership style(transformational leadership style. This style includes several characteristics, such as inspiring individuals to achieve beyond their potential)
   • Module 5: Your use ethical communication to influence(Exerting influence ethically means having honest and transparent motives.) Consider what you would like to say to your colleagues, faculty, friends, and family as you look back on your journey. Describe who you want to be as you look forward to your journey inspire by Maria Montessori and a finance degree professional.
   • 2-3 pages required, Minimum of 3 academic references.
