Water flows inside the pipe with a velocity that gives a convection coefficient of 1500 W/(m2K), and air flows over the outside of the pipe to give a convection coefficient of 197 W/(m2K). The water temperature is 223oC, whilst the air temperature is 57oC. Calculate the heat lost by the water per unit length of the pipe. NOTE: A schedule 40 pipe has ID of 1.35 inches and OD of 1.66 inches
