Your benefit expense is 21.5% for each employee. This new unit will share a manager with another similar type of unit. For a similar medical-surgical unit, the average cost per hour is $23.40. Provide and consider your decisions regarding:

• Management/staff ratio 

• Non-licensed personnel/patient ratio
