1. Consider an area that you believe would benefit from a change with reference to a familiar organisation and your role or area of influence within it.
2. Propose a plan for this change along with a supporting rationale, taking into account the needs of the various stakeholders, the potential of success as well as the possibility of resistance along with other potential factors (you do not need to address all of these, they are areas to consider) such as:

• What is the key focal issue of the change
• What is the nature and scope of the change - what level of the organisation is it directed to?
• Who will be affected by the change, how might they react, and what emotional support would you provide?
• What will be your approach or style of intervention?
• How will you communicate the change and how?
• What values, beliefs, and behaviours are you targeting?
• What is the timeline for the change?
• How will it be reinforced?
