Consider budgeting. Interview someone in your organization or an organization that youre familiar with that is involved in budgeting. How do they budget? Do they use zero-based, responsibility, top-down budgeting method, or a combination of methods? Are the budgets meaningful for the person that you are talking to? Do the budgets help them with their long-term planning?
