Consider some organizational IS systems that you've been exposed to, either through personal experience or your reading. Presuming that the software applications do what they were designed and intended to do, discuss any complementary assets that are or were needed in the organization to ensure that the use of the software application actually achieves targeted or expected benefits or improvements. Describe aspects of the organization's policies, processes, or jobs that might need to be changed to support a particular IS an implementation. Consider what happens to implemented IS systems when those needed changes don't happen to the level required.
