Consider that you have been recruited by a consulting firm to conduct an organizational behavior analysis/audit. Accordingly, your deliverable for the project will be:

• To produce/prepare a comprehensive plan for conducting an organizational behavior audit. Once the plan is presented to the CEO and approved; the actual audit shall begin

The plan should provide the rationale for why it is important to understand the organizational behavior of a company,

The plan should explore the areas within the organization that should be assessed in an Organizational Behavior Audit 

The plan should address the factors that should be evaluated within each area.
