They decide to purchase a beach house where they plan to hold family reunions each year, and they want to be sure that when one of them dies, that sister's interest will be inherited by her heirs. Wilbur is fond of his elderly uncle, Bill, and he transfers one of his residences to Bill. He wants Bill to be able to live on the property undis- turbed for as long as Bill lives.
