A man walks into a bank wearing a large,floppy hat and a mask.He approaches a teller and hands her a note demanding money.To convey his seriousness,he shows her a gun.She complies as per bank policy.While filling a bag with money,the bank security officer,a retired NYPD cop who is a smoker and thirty pounds overweight,sees what is transpiring and begins to run towards the teller.Half way across the lobby,he falls to the floor holding his chest and remains on thefloor.He later dies from a heart attack at the hospital.Meanwhile, the thief has taken his money and runs out of the bank.He hijacks a car by forcing the driver out of the car at gun point.Knowing cameras have caught these events and the vehicle will be quickly identified he looks to exchange cars.He comes across a car with no driver and the engine running in front of another bank.He quicklydrives awaybefore the car owner returns.As he is drivingacross the GW Bridge he realizes there is a three year old child in the back seat.He drives to a mall and finds another car, where the driver has carelessly left the keys in the ignition, and changes vehicles again.He is confronted by NJ State Police at the Pa. border and surrenders.
