Consider the following Rapid Transit Denver (RTD) Light-Rail map (graph), where stations represent vertices and larger ovals indicate stations at which a person can transfer between rail lines (e.g. at the Alameda station it is possible to transfer between the C, D, E, F, or H lines).

Beginning at the Clear Creek station on the G-Line, hence, thus Clear Creek is the root vertex of your tree with children Gold Strike and Pecos Junc., order the stations visited by performing a depth-first graph search using the following traversal criteria:

At each child station, choose the next station by lexical (alphabetical, via ASCII encoding) ordering ignoring case. Remember, numbers come before letters,

Depth-Limit the child branches to a depth of four (note Clear Creek is at depth zero, so you will never be more than four stations away from Clear Creek), and

Do not repeat any previously visited stations (it's a graph search)

Don't forget to start with the root node Clear Creek.
