Future Tech Services is a very popular technological company situated in Oman. The company currently has only a static webpage for providing information to its clients regarding the various services they offer. Now they want to improve their online system by which they can handle employee recruitment as well. Through this system, job seekers nationally and internationally should be able to apply for jobs with the company and track their status. The new system is expected to offer a convenient and efficient way to search for jobs in different categories and according to various salary scales and experience levels. The company has provided the following requirements for the system: Job seekers should be able to create their profile on the system as part of registration. As part of the profile creation, the login id, password, and other details of the candidate like civil id, qualification, skill details, experience, phone number, email id are stored. After registration, the candidate can log in, view different job openings, and log out of the system. When logged in, job seekers can sign up to receive job alerts which are notifications when the company posts a new job vacancy that matches their interest. Job seekers can read reviews written by current and past employees to get an insight regarding the company's work culture and environment. They can search for jobs according to various criteria like job title, job location, experience level and salary range. They can apply for a specific job and receive the notification with the application details.
The company's HR Officer should be able to update the online recruitment system with the details of different job openings. Also, when a job vacancy is filled, HR officer should be able to delete the job details from the online system. The HR Officer should also be able to view the job application details daily and schedule interviews. The job applicant should receive the interview notification with date, time, and location. The HR manager and the corresponding department manager where the job is available should also receive interview notification with the same details.
The HR Manager should be able to get daily, weekly, and monthly reports of job applications, locationwise and department-wise, whereas department managers get weekly reports of the job applications for the jobs belonging to their department.
Design a complete use case diagram for the above scenario correctly representing all the actors and their interactions with the system.
