Over the last two years, your market share has decreased. With that, you have decided that you would spend an entire week observing the entire production process. Your observations have focused on understanding your employees' work habits, as well as their behavior.

Some of your observations - on multiple occasions - were:

Your employees' productivity declined significantly after their lunch break (approximately at the half-way point of their day).

Your employees do not seem motivated to meet their established productivity quotas.

Your employees in general seem very negative and uncommunicative.

After your week of observations, you reviewed your findings. You have decided that you are either going to implement formal coaching program aimed at increasing positivity and motivation, or terminate your entire workforce and replace them with robots.
