Situation 1 - One of your employees has asked for time off during the busiest time of year and it was denied. She has been posting negative remarks about the company and, specifically, about her manager on Facebook. What do you do?

Situation 2 - As a growing company, you strive for a positive public image. Unfortunately, one of your executives was recently charged with their second DUI ticket which made headlines in your local newspaper because he hit an electric pole along the highway and created a power outage for a number of residents and businesses. The executive had been attending a weekend birthday party at the lake with friends and family and was driving back home. How do you respond?

Situation 3 - You are a new salesman for your company and trying to grow your career. You are working with a purchasing manager who is interested in signing a long term purchase contract with your company. The deal is worth about $1,000,000 per year and will surely get you recognition, a bonus, and possible advancement. The purchasing manager has indicated that the choice is down to two companies: yours and one of your main competitors. He has told you that he will be the final decision maker for his company and has suggested that if you pay him $10,000 that he would move the business to your company. What do you do?
