Consider the healthcare agency that your group is "working with" to evaluate their quality improvement project, and the goal/reasoning behind that project (i.e. what does the agency expect to happen as a result of implementing the quality improvement project?) Select one of the tools/elements of the control phase that you feel would be beneficial for that agency to implement and explain why you feel this way (link this directly to the goal of the quality improvement project). Look at the sources of clinical practice guidelines (Table 6-2) listed in the book and select one that would be pertinent to your agency/quality improvement project your group is focusing on. Please explain why you selected this one. If none seem applicable please conduct your own search to find an agency that has relevant clinical practice guidelines to your project
