Assuming our criteria is price and software and timing, I've narrowed it down to the following $3$ vendors:

Alpine printing: Moderate price and quality, but software could be installed soon.

Xtra: Lack the software we need and I still need to have a formal sit down mtg with their team.

Absolute: Best option for software and timing, but pricey.

I realize the deadline was today, but I want to take a few more days to really dig into due dillegence so we can make an informaed decision. I$\text{'}$m hofming l$\text{'}$ll be able to provide more details by end of day Monday.
