Recognizing that giving feedback and criticism is not isolated to work or group situations -- we may have to apply these strategies to interactions with family and friends -- discuss 1) how easy or not it is for you to give criticism--what comes easily, what the difficulties are (if any). After that, discuss receiving criticism. 2) What does it take to make constructive criticism most usable and beneficial to you? What information do you need and how does it need to be told to you for you to learn the most from it?
