They remain with the guest until the ambulance arrives. In this case, has the staff has done everything that can reasonably be expected to do? They sought emergency help but did not render first aid. Have they met a reasonable standard of care?

Choose a state or United States territory and provide an explanation of Good Samaritan law for that state. Following the explanation, identify and discuss how that law may be relevant within hospitality operations. If possible, provide a court case for that state which involves determining if the Good Samaritan law was applicable.

Your initial post should also discuss Good Samaritan laws in the context of negligence and liability. You do not need to address the example provided at the start, but you should use an example to demonstrate your points.
