Consider you are in a "Kick off" meeting for a new electrical construction project. Your a project manager for the electrical installation and other members attending the meeting are project managers from the other trades for the project and the general contractor superintendent. 

Then answer the questions below:

1) Identify the multiple roles within the group; explain the significance of each role

2) Evaluate the group interaction process (forming, storming, norming, performing). This may include meeting patterns.

3) Identify or describe any negative group behavior or what can hold people back from reaching the goals. What type of conflicts may arise?

4) Are there decision-making strategies that are used? If so, what type(s)? Is it effective?

5) What are the task, maintenance, and leadership roles performed by the members? What are the expectations outside of "meeting time?"
