Hint:

When I read the problem the weight and strength scale down (and up) differently.So if I shrunk my height 10 times, then my weight would shrink by 1000 times (10 cubed), but my strength would shrink by 100 times (10 squared).

If I shrunk my height 2 times, then my weight would shrink by 8 times (2 cubed), but my strength would shrink by 4 times (2 squared). Use your height ratios in part 1 to figure out how much you are stretching or shrinking.
