Considering I am planning 1 Application opportunity, for a customer support member of the company Worlducation. Worlducation is a company that provides hardware and software to schools.

The application is to to address the workplace problem chosen at the team meeting.

The problem was: This team member showed the gap of making conclusions without considering all perspectives and allowed bias to influence is decisions and his communication with the rest of the team.
