Considering the aspects of a strategic plan, specifically planning, leading, organizing and controlling, each aspect would need to be evaluated directly to ensure that they are all in line with the end goal and are all correctly coursed and executed to get there. For planning, the effectiveness would result from the plan outlining and providing routes to reach the goal. it would include company values and culture and would be a means to reach the goal of the strategic plan. The leading aspect would need to have all of the aces in their right places and would need to monitor that all of the planning is executed correctly. Organizing would need to reflect what the plan is looking to achieve and the direction that the leaders are providing. Controlling would need to serve as a bundle of all of the other aspects and provide a level of variable control to assure that the other aspects are staying on course throughout the entirety of the plan.
